2023 HUD NOFO

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) has posted the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Continuum of Care Competition and the Renewal Replacement of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program grants. Approximately $3.1 billion is available through this NOFO nationally.

  • EPartnering with housing, health, and service agencies
  • ERacial equity
  • EImproving assistance to LGBTQ+ individuals
  • EIncreasing affordable housing supply
