2021 HUD NOFO
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is making $2.656 billion in FY 2021 Continuum of Care Program (CoC) competitive funding available to homeless services organizations across the country for supportive services and housing programs for people experiencing homelessness. Approximately $2,656,000,000 is available in this FY 2021 CoC Program NOFO, including approximately $77,000,000, available for non-competitive YHDP renewal and replacement expiring grants, and up to $102,000,000 available for Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus projects (of which up to $50,000,000 is carried over from the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020).

HUD Policy & Program Priorities
Specifically, HUD is seeking projects that:
- EEnd homelessness for all persons experiencing homelessness;
- EUse a Housing First approach;
- EReduce unsheltered homelessness and reduce the criminalization of homelessness;
- EImprove system performance;
- EPartner with housing and health agencies, including to leverage and coordinate American Rescue Plan resources;
- EAdvance racial equity and addressing racial disparities in homelessness;
- EEngage people with lived experience of homelessness in decision-making
