Committees

Our committees consist of member volunteers who are responsible for decision-making and shaping the direction of collaborative actions and policies to address homelessness. Committees are open to all members.

Data Performance and HMIS

This committee is responsible for reviewing and improving data performance by implementing a data quality plan and advancing compliance and security measures by improving policies and procedures.

Coordinated Entry

This committee guides the operation and course of the coordinated entry structure and determines how its system will address the needs of homeless individuals and families.

Outreach and Point-in-Time

This committee works to increase outreach services and expand access to permanent, affordable housing opportunities for extremely low-income households who are unsheltered in the CoC.

Homeless Prevention

This committee works to coordinate homeless prevention services within the CoC’s five-counties by brining CoC-funded and non-funded providers of prevention assistance together.

Veteran Strategic Planning

This committee works to establish a strategic plan for ending veteran homelessness.

Housing Action

This committee works to identify and secure affordable and workforce housing resources for the community.

Lived Expertise

This committee serves as the voice of representation and advocacy for the currently and formerly homeless population within the CoC.
