Working Together to End Homelessness in North Central Florida
TaskForce for Ending Homelessness serves as the Continuum of Care (CoC) Lead Agency for Alachua, Bradford, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, Putnam, and Union Counties of Florida. Through our commitment to ending homelessness in the community, we provide strategy, resources and oversight to the homeless response system in these counties and connect individuals facing or experiencing homelessness with information and resources.

Our Mission
It is our goal to create a path to stability for individuals and families through a continuum of housing and supportive recovery services ranging from outreach and emergency shelter to transitional and permanent housing models. We take an approach that serves as a platform for meeting critical needs experienced by the homeless population.
