Working Together to End Homelessness in North Central Florida

TaskForce Fore Ending Homelessness serves as the Keys to Home Continuum of Care (CoC) Lead Agency for Alachua, Bradford, Gilchrist, Levy and Putnam Counties. Through our commitment to ending homelessness in the community, we oversee the homeless response system in these counties and connect individuals experiencing homelessness with information and resources.

Together, we can make a difference.

Our Mission

It is our goal to create a path to stable, permanent housing for individuals and families through a continuum of housing services ranging from outreach and emergency shelter to permanent housing models. We take a housing first approach that serves as a platform for meeting other critical needs experienced by the homeless population.

Our organization depends on member participation, donations, and grant funding. We invite you to learn more about how you can make a difference by partnering with us to end homelessness in North Central Florida.
